Direct sales or Network Marketing can be a great place to start adding to your income portfolio. Because of the structure and marketing systems in place these types of businesses are ideal to start if you are looking for something simple, structured, with little fuss. It has been endorsed by best selling authors, economists and business people such as Robert Kiyosaki, Paul Zane Pilzer, and Donald Trump.

True network marketing, sometimes referred to as "MLM," is not a get rich quick scheme. Reputable companies offer good products and services. Do your due dilliegence- investigate companies and look for a good uplone sponsor and team. Most people at the top are no longer in active building mode, so look for someone who is actively building and belongs to a great team with a good system.

Stay away from any "gifting" or anything that just moves money from person to person. Those types of deals are illegal.
