Automated follow-up is necessary to keep yourself sane and makesure that people don't fall through the cracks. The autoresponder system I recommend highly and have used for years is Aweber. Internet Based Family Website Builder is another great option. It is more structured than blue voda, but the templates are already set, so it's plug and play. There is a large gallery of stock photos available for you to use as well. I have built several sites with Internet Based Family.

Marketing Burst is a website and marketing system on steroids. If you want to offer your team a free splash page with auto-responder, you can do that very simply with this system. You can even purchase phone minutes which will allow you to automatically leave a voice message for each prospect as they complete the form. You can even schedule auto calls to your list. Very convenient if your company is having a special promotion and you want to reach your entire list. Integrates with Skype and Aweber with the click of a button.

The more you are seen, the more you are apt to generate free leads for your business.
